We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our fast-growing, enthusiastic sales team at LINK Mobility Finland. 

LINK is one of Europe’s leading providers within mobile communications, specializing in CPaaS, mobile messaging services, and mobile solutions. You’re probably already familiar with us: we’re the technology behind the messages you receive as an SMS from an airline to check in for your flight, a WhatsApp notification about your package delivery, or a mobile coupon from your favorite store. 

ABOUT THE POSITION 

LINK Mobility is on a global expansion journey, and we are looking to add a crucial sales position to Finland & the Baltics’ team located in Helsinki. The Sales Manager has a key role in ensuring the growth and continued success of LINK Mobility Finland’s overall business. Your primary responsibility as a Sales Manager is to build and nurture loyal, long-lasting relationships with customers and to act as their trusted commercial contact person from LINK Mobility. You will have high level of autonomy in your work as well as full responsibility of your entire end-to-end sales process and engaging with appropriate resources during the sales process to ensure success. You are committed to helping clients solve their problems, realize their business goals, and achieve success for the long-haul. You will have the full support of our local and global sales and marketing teams as well as product team to help you succeed in your role.

Tasks:

  • Identify and contact new leads/prospects.
  • Drive the entire sales process from first meeting to signed contract.
  • Maintain and develop the relationship with existing customers.
  • Find new business opportunities with existing customers.
  • Contact leads and existing customers to drive business.
  • Set up and run sales meetings/business development meetings with potential and existing customers.
  • Follow up on existing customers to ensure they reach maximum potential.
  • Create sales presentations, proposals and contracts.
  • Keep the CRM updated with the correct data regarding your prospects, customers and your opportunities.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS 

As a Sales Manager you have a consistent track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, in understanding their business and needs and in planning proposals, as well as in generating your own opportunities and driving new business. You are extremely driven and a consultative salesperson, you have basic understanding of technical solutions and you are able to articulate the business benefit to your customers. You feel responsibility of owning and exceeding sales targets as a result of driving and winning opportunities. Furthermore, you are comfortable dealing with executives on different levels.

You will do great in this role if you are self-sufficient with a great ability to be proactive and get things done. You have strong charisma and dare to be personal. You have passion for the profession and a lot of positive energy. You are orderly, have an eye for detail, solve problems independently, are confident in yourself and in your professional role and enjoy working in teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with good project management skills, you are able to independently move projects forward, priotitize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Energetic, creative and collaborative sales professional who adopts a customer-centric approach to the work.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit in your quest for new business opportunities with both new and existing customers.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills both in Finnish and English.
