As our business in Finland is growing we are excited to welcome a Sales Manager to join our team.
The position is a key role in ensuring the growth and continued success of LINK Mobility Finland’s overall business. As a Sales Manager you will be part of our local team based in Helsinki. Your primary responsibility as a Sales Manager is to build and nurture loyal, long-lasting relationships with customers and to act as their trusted commercial contact person from LINK Mobility. You will have high level of autonomy in your work as well as full responsibility of your entire end-to-end sales process and engaging with appropriate resources during the sales process to ensure success. You are committed to helping clients solve their problems, realize their business goals, and achieve success for the long-haul. You will have the full support of our local and global sales and marketing teams as well as product team to help you succeed in your role. .
As a Sales Manager you have a consistent track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, in understanding their business and needs and in planning proposals, as well as in generating your own opportunities and driving new business. You are extremely driven and consultative salesperson, you have basic understanding of technical solutions and you are able to articulate the business benefit to your customers. You feel responsibility of owning and exceeding sales targets as a result of driving and winning opportunities. Furthermore, you are comfortable dealing with executives on different levels.
You will do great in this role if you are self-sufficient with a great ability to be proactive and get things done. You have strong charisma and dare to be personal. You have passion for the profession and a lot of positive energy. You are orderly, have an eye for detail, solve problems independently, are confident in yourself and in your professional role and enjoy working in teams.
